Shipping Policy

At Reform Cleaners, our primary focus is on delivering exceptional cleaning services. However, in cases where you purchase physical items from us such as cleaning supplies, equipment, or gift vouchers the following shipping policy will apply.

1. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer paid shipping or in some cases free shipping on all products when paid online by credit card or debit card or any other payment option available on our website. Once shipped, please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to reach the destination. Once goods are shipped you will receive an email/text informing you about your order progress and shipping updates.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We’re sorry at the moment we do not support international shipping. Looking forward to working with our international friends very soon!

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order for some reason or your order was placed by mistake, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at sales@reformcleaners.in after which the order cannot be cancelled.
