1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will arrange a free re-clean of the specific area in question, subject to review and approval.
  • Refunds will only be considered if the re-cleaning does not resolve the issue.

2. Refund Policy for Cleaning Services

  • Full refunds are provided only if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
  • Partial refunds may be considered for last-minute cancellations or dissatisfaction claims (subject to management review).
  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered unless there is a verified service failure.

3. Return & Refund Policy for Products (If Applicable)

  • Cleaning products or equipment purchased from us can be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Services completed to industry standards where no service failure is found.
    • Last-minute cancellations without sufficient notice.
    • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than service quality.
    • Products that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging.
