In some cases, we may also collect information related to race or ethnicity, health status, and military or veteran status to comply with legal Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and other government reporting obligations. We refer to this information as “Employee Information.”

Surveys, Promotions, and Marketing

We send marketing emails to our customers and website visitors to inform you about upcoming sales, new products, or promotions related to Reform Cleaners. These emails may also include surveys requesting demographic details such as age, geographic location, gender, ethnicity, and education level. You may also sign up for our mailing lists by providing your email address. We refer to this information as Marketing Information.”

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use Order Information generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you and provide customer service, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, in accordance with the preferences you have shared with us.

We use Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address) and more generally to improve and optimize our Site. Sharing Your Personal Information

How We Protect Your Personal Information
